中船海为（新疆）新能源有限是中国船舶重工集团公司在新疆地区从事新能源投资、开发、建设、运营的专业公司。公司成立于2010年4月。在西部大开发、新疆大跨越、“一带一路”战略的政策支持下，我们响应党中央的“军民结合、寓军于民”的号召，从军工科研生产转战到清洁能源的开发利用行列。公司成立后，得到了自治区、新疆生产建设兵团各级政府和部门、集团公司及相关企业的支持和帮助，激励着我们朝着目标坚定不移地前进。

CSIC Haiwei (Xinjiang) New Energy Co., Ltd., a company under China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, is specialized in energy investment, development, construction and operation in Xinjiang. Founded in April 2010, we respond to the call of “army-civilian combination” made by the Center Government and transform into development and utilization of clean energy from scientific research and production in army industry under the support of policies of Western Development, Xinjiang’s Leapfrog Development and “One Belt, One Road”. We obtained support and assistant from governments and departments of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps at all levels, the group corporation and relevant enterprises after establishment, which motivated us to move ahead towards the target unswervingly. 

大力加强环境污染综合治理和加快改善生态环境是21世纪我国全面推进实施可持续发展战略的重要内容。新疆有中国最美的生态绿原喀纳斯，有温润肥沃的伊犁河谷，有葡萄遍野的吐鲁番盆地，有中国最大的塔克拉玛干大沙漠，也有着储量丰富、取之不尽的风、光资源。我们将坚持“环保优先、质量为本”的发展理念，走“资源开发可持续、生态环境可持续”发展道路，高起点高标准进行风光电场建设。

Vigorously strengthening comprehensive treatment of environment pollution and accelerating improvement of ecological environment is important for China to implement the strategy of sustainable development in the 21st century. In Xinjiang, there are the most beautiful Kanas in ecology, warm and humid Ili River Valley, Turpan Basin with grapes all over the field, the largest Taklimakan Dessert in China and abundantly-reserved inexhaustible wind and sunlight resources. We adhere to the development concept of “environmental protection foremost, quality oriented” and take the road of “sustainable development of resources and ecological environment” and build wind and photovoltaic power plants from a high start point and high standard. 

公司自成立至今，我们在项目开发上取得了令人瞩目的成绩，从达坂城风电工程、吉木乃风电工程、哈密风电工程，到南疆数个光伏电厂，我们从一个陌生的领域坚实而又快速地走了进来，目前公司已经拥有下属九家子公司，新能源项目横跨天山南北，真正成为了同时致力于风电和光伏产业开发、投资、建设的新能源产业的生力军。我们还将虚心向行业中的同行者学习、借鉴，而我们也必将创造新的辉煌，赢得新疆各级政府和新疆各民族人民的信任和赞赏。

We have made extraordinary achievements in projects development since establishment. From Dabancheng wind power project, Jeminay wind power plant, Hami wind power plant to  numerous photovoltaic power plants in southern Xinjiang, we involved in this unfamiliar field with firm belief and at a fast pace. At present, we have nine subsidiaries, with energy projects spread over southern and northern Tianshan Mountains, becoming a vital force in terms of development, investment and construction of new energy, namely wind and photovoltaic power.  We also learn and draw references from counterparts with an open mind. Therefore, we are certain to create new brilliance and win trust and praise from Xinjiang’s government at all levels and its people of all ethnic groups. 

泰山不让土壤，故能成其大；海水不择细流，故能就其深。公司在以后的发展道路上，将博采众长，不断汲取，回报社会各界的关怀和厚爱，促进新型能源的产业化发展。

Mountain Tai is high because it doesn’t refuse tiny soil; the sea is deep because it doesn’t deny small streams. In the future development, we will draw on others successful experience, repay the concern and kindness of all walks of life and promote the development of new energy. 

今后，我们将继续本着“务实、创新、开放、包容”的工作作风，在“海阔天空”的新能源领域里“大有作为”，促进新疆风、光资源的转化，推进技术进步，不断提高管理水平，认真履行社会责任，为国家可再生能源的发展做出贡献！

In the future, we will insist on the work style of “pragmatism, innovation, opening up and tolerance”, bring our ability to the full play in the filed of promising new energy, promote the transformation of wind and photovoltaic resources in Xinjiang, keep improving technology and management, conscientiously fulfill our social responsibilities and make contribution to the development of renewable energy sources in China!
